The AfBC's African Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AYIEF) aim to empower African youths and young professionals to thrive by providing them with the resources, necessary skills, ways of thinking and insights to thrive and become successful NexGen leader and entrepreneurs.
The African Business Chamber (AfBC) Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme is a dynamic platform designed to nurture the creativity, resilience, and ambition of Africa’s young people. With Africa’s population being the youngest in the world, the programme recognizes that unlocking youth potential is central to driving sustainable growth, job creation, and innovation across the continent.
At its core, the AfBC programme is about empowerment through entrepreneurship. It provides aspiring young entrepreneurs with the tools, networks, and resources they need to transform ideas into viable businesses and impactful startups. Through training, mentorship, access to finance, and exposure to global best practices, the programme equips youth with practical skills to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and thrive in competitive markets.
The AfBC programme does more than just support startups; it inspires a mindset shift among young people—from job seekers to job creators. By building confidence, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking, it lays the foundation for a generation that is prepared to lead Africa into a future driven by innovation, inclusivity, and economic prosperity.
Ultimately, the AfBC programme is a call to action: for young Africans to rise, innovate, and take ownership of shaping their destinies and communities through entrepreneurship.
