The AfBC's Young Entrepreneurs Forum (YEF) aim to empower young adults from Black and African backgrounds to thrive by providing them with the resources, necessary skills, ways of thinking and insights to thrive and become successful NexGen leader and entrepreneurs in a world of accelerating disruptive change, by maintaining a radical focus on what is within their control and change.
Designed for early stage and career high potential African future business leaders and entrepreneurs who are ready to further their business and entrepreneurial leadership skills, the program focuses on experiential learning with group discussions, and empowers participants to coach each other so they can reproduce the exercises in their teams.
