AfBC UK-Africa Trade and Investment Corridor initiative is designed to bolster bilateral trade, investment, and supply chain resilience between the UK and African markets. It facilitates collaboration among SMEs, corporations, and governments to navigate customs, digitize trade and leverage trade agreements.
The UK–Africa trade and investment relationship continues to expand, with bilateral trade and investment reaching tens of billions of pounds annually. UATIC seeks to unlock greater participation by helping businesses identify opportunities, manage risks, secure financing, and build resilient supply chains. The initiative also leverages the growing influence of the African diaspora in the UK as a bridge for trade, investment, knowledge transfer, and entrepreneurship.
The AfBC UK–Africa Trade and Investment Corridor (UATIC) is an initiative of the African Business Chamber (AfBC) aimed at strengthening economic, trade, investment, and business relationships between the United Kingdom and African countries. The corridor serves as a strategic platform connecting businesses, investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and development partners to facilitate cross-border trade and investment opportunities. ATIC is designed to create a structured pathway for enhancing UK–Africa commercial engagement
